Final project scope, pricing, drawings, specifications, timelines, payment terms, warranty terms, and deliverables are governed only by the written proposal, quote, invoice, contract, purchase order, or agreement issued or accepted by PARVIZ.

2.3 No automatic contract

Submitting a website form, requesting a consultation, requesting a quote, or communicating with PARVIZ through the website does not create a binding design, manufacturing, installation, purchase, or service contract.

A binding contract is formed only when PARVIZ and the customer execute or otherwise accept the applicable written agreement, quote, invoice, purchase order, or project documentation.

2.4 Estimates, quotes, and changes

Any website content, preliminary pricing, budgetary estimate, or informal communication is non-binding unless expressly stated otherwise in a written PARVIZ quote or contract.
