Our manufacturing process is anchored by two 2025 SCM X200 automated nesting cells. This technology allows us to translate complex designs into perfectly optimized cutting patterns, ensuring maximum material efficiency and absolute consistency for every component.

The fully automated system—from the automatic loading and labeling of panels to the 5-axis machining and the outfeed of finished parts —guarantees a level of precision and flawless execution that is simply unattainable by manual means. This powerful automation is complemented by our Laser Edgebander and dedicated paint booth, before each piece is meticulously hand-inspected by our team. The result is a perfect union of machine precision and the irreplaceable human touch.
